Career after graduation
Graduates progress into professional roles, further study or research across a wide range of industries.
PR & citizenship
Eligible international graduates can currently use the Graduate visa to stay in the UK after an eligible course and look for work or work in most jobs. Applications made from 1 January 2027 receive an 18-month Graduate visa, while eligible doctoral graduates receive three years. Those who move into qualifying long-term work routes may eventually become eligible for settlement, and British citizenship can generally be considered once the relevant residence and settlement requirements are met.
